Winamp not only provides one of the most customizable players in the world but it also enhances your listening experience with Now Playing. The Now Playing feature provides contextual information around your music catalog. Click on it while listening to your music and you will be presented with artist biographies, discographies, videos, news, streaming playback and recommendations.
From the above image, you can find Now Playing at the top of the left-hand nav. Now Playing defaults to the Songs tab, which lets you discover and stream additional tracks. Learn more about your favorite artist by clicking the tabs across the top of the screen or discover new artists with the "Similar Artists" (or "Influenced By") recommendations.
As you advance through your music library, Now Playing will update to the current song, or you can type in the search box to find a specific band or performer. The Radio tab lets you check out SHOUTcast radio stations, the News tab gives you feeds to current articles and blogs, and the Video tab lets you playback music videos from right inside Winamp.
